Patea Ride to Renatas, plus Himalayan Ride to Patea Dam 17-10-26

After meeting at the Red Eye Cafe we headed up to Patea on the West Coast to try out the Award Winning Renata's Cafe, and we were not disappointed. A warm room, top hospitality, great food and coffee and we enjoyed staying longer. Half of us headed up to the ridgeline on a Himalayan Ride with a gravel portion to get to the Patea Dam. Some great deer spotting as the wild life must like the warmth of the road surface.
