Waitotara Beach Loop Ride, Labour Sat 24-10-26

A great morning coffee at the Red Eye Cafe with an interesting ride up country lanes along the coast to Kai Iwi, a short run on SH3 before turning left (Rob had to come back to the turnoff) on the new road through young coastal pine plantations, before finding the exposed Waitotara Beach. It certainly is a stunning West Coast beach with a mix of cottages, bach and homes plus a big contingent of campervans nestled on the rise. A great photo location, and enjoyable 100km ride before resting up at home by 11.45am.
